I actually said exactly what you said in my dialogue with Doncarlos.

I'm referring the phrase where you said "Remember if the Duvaliers acted as normal leaders, Haiti will be far away today".

If Duvalier had taken the time to plant democracy and fortified government institutions in Haiti in the years he was in power the country wouldn't have been in this mess. That's why we cannot elect another president like Duvalier because 30 years from now I don't want to be having the same conversation with my future children.

I don't want to have to explain to them why Haiti is regressing instead of developing.
