You fools in the Haitian Gov't legalize All DRUGS Heroin, Cocaine, & Marijuana and tax the importers and exporters.

Portugal is doing it now America is about to do it because of the recession.

Were the poorest country in the western hemisphere and were waiting on donations, legalize drugs and tax it to help our children that are eating mud pies, build roads, plant trees, provide health care were already a narco state our tourism industry would spike over night.

it would have a lot of benefits, We are a sovereign nation right, Haitians do't do drugs they drink, its a win win.
