F Stuppard,

I understand you are an "Advisor on Haiti, Washington, DC." Question, are you a Haitian native or a foreigner?

You may ask what's that gotta do with anything?

It has plenty to do with you as an advisor on Haiti's affairs.

Foreigners always act like they know Haiti inside-out even better than any Haitian, and therefore claimed themselves as experts on Haiti's internal affairs except they can barely speak any Creole.

There are also many Haitians who are part of the conspiracy theory orchestreted against Haiti and therefore their job is to implement the malicious racist agenda of the master against Haiti by spreading the master's destructive propaganda as a way to keep Haiti in isolation and elienation from the rest of the wold. As long as they get paid well doing it. Anything for a buck!

You said "According to known studies, most Haitians living in Haiti are either malnourished, undernourished or on the brink of starvation." What are the sources of these findings?

I'm sure you going to name UN World Reports and the American Congress Report, right?

But you will never address the fact about US role on Haiti's low food production, will you?

Most of us Haitians who pay close attention remember very well the late Jesse Helms ranking republican whose racist hatred for Haitians has forced the Haitian government to stop producing in order to buy food (rice) from American Farmers.

He had demanded an end to the Haitian pig live stock in order to buy only American pigs. I remember when the Haitian government started to getting rid of all Haitian pigs.

Uptil this day there is no trace of the Haitian rice on the Haitian market, only the rice from the US. But I'm sure that doesn't have any relevancy to you, does it?

You said "Since only a minority of Haitians can afford to go to school, as a result up to 60 percent of them do not know how to read and write."

First of all Mr. Stuppard, most of well educated Haitians and the Haitian bourgeois included cannot read nor write creole.

and I bet you, yourself, cannot read and write Creole.

Sir F. Stuppard, did you know this claim has been going on since the Duvalier (Papa Doc).

It has always been reported that 85% of Haitian do not know how to read and write.

Don't you find it ironic that percentage is still remained in this 2009 year even though there are more schools in Haiti and more and more Haitians are graduating from college and more and more Haitians kids are attending school?

You said "Currently, there is only 1 (one) medical doctor for about 8, 000 Haitians in Haiti.

Hospitals are located mostly in large urban areas, whereas up to 60 percent of all Haitians live in rural areas."

Sir, you have got to be kidding me! Mr. F. Stuppard, did you know one other reason for the low food production in Haiti, beside the evil intent of Jesse Helms, it is because of a big migration of peasants to the big cities looking for a life that doesn't existe?

There is barely no one stay in the countryside to work the land anymore.

Nonetheless, I agree with you 100% on the issues of: Housing, Water, Roads, and Electricity.

However, I do not agree when you said that electricity "HAVE" to be privately owned.

Electricity is the only thing in Haiti that is still remained government's owned property.

I am really sick and tired of people trying so hard to make Haiti look like US, and operate under and by US standards.

The Haitian government used to be the biggest employer in Haiti, it is no longer today, and Why not?

Because the government was forced by Washigton and supported by a bucnh of bone head Haitians to privatize all government entreprises.

Mr. F Stuppard do you know what happened to all of those government entreprises that were sold to private investors?

I don't think you care to know but I am going to tell you anyway.

Sir, all of these big entreprises that are now private are all closed down, NOT one of them is in operation today, in Haiti.

If they were still government owned, at least there would be some people with a job as we speak.

To privatize electricity d'Haiti would be the biggest mistake the government would ever make because Haiti would be finally in complete and total darkness for ever.

Whatever American company would buy the electric company would intentionally stop all operation so that Haiti can sink further in darkness just like they do with all the other government entreprises they bought and are just sitting there collecting dust with chain on their doors.

Sir. F. Stuppard, I think the time has come for the UN and US to get rid of the decades old data about Haiti because although Haiti is still remained the poorest country in the western hemisphere today, but there has been some progress made in the area of illetracy.

When US and UN put Haiti on the illetracy list with 85% high, I did not know how to read and write, and I am now a college graduate as we speak.

My old girfriend who did not know the first letter that begins her name then, in April I went to Haiti, I watched her reading a letter sent to her by a friend right in front of me without any hesitation.

It would be naive beyond belief by anyone who would refute the conspiracy theory orchestrated against Haiti, but the saddess part is watching Haitians falling in that conspiracy theory trap by supporting it.

I am not saying that Haiti doesn't have these problems in any form of imagination, but I have a problem with people who chose to avoid the cause and effect theory on these issues.

Oh, Mr. Stuppard I can assure you that I am not a schizophrenic who is hallucinating.

I just refuse to let myself get trapped in those false claims and charges against Haiti.
