I think this topic is over your head. This is not a topic that get to discuss in high school or GED programs.

You keep showing your English comprehension struggle time and time again.

Airhead, uninformed, ignorant, close minded people with limited knowledge like yourself who keep using profanity and name calling to be heard, are the reasons for Haiti's failure.

People like yourself are the ones who keep Haiti from moving forward.

Latousen, you don't really have to go to college after high school or the GED program you have attended in order to have a better grasp of the English Language if you don't want to. You can, however, spend some time in the library reading and doing a little research about things that are too big to fit your small pie brain of yours.

There are nice librarians working in those libraies that are there to help you.
