about EDH in Haiti today

So good morning to you and to the others who with you in the room, so this is inform you about what we should do in this country where since the departure of duvalier gov. nothing is runing OK IN THIS COUNTRY so to me this a problem where in a country the most important needs for the population are in bad shapes all the public utility are in pan or broke down and the population dont get what he wants to pay for or that he can pay publics utilities surch as electricity potable water roads houses apartments all thes things are things that humans cannot live without them why not the gov cannot provide these needs for the population why ?because in every country there are a manager to control each administration but up here any body occupy any post as long as he have a friend in the boite that's it he dont have to know nothing and where his friend put him never make any progress like many may empployees in the government in haiti just there but doing nothing to bring one peny in the country case saving so I talk to some one in the EDH in Harry touman street who works in the department commercial of the institution he tell me that EDH dont have the moyen to provide potos for the residencials in leogane because one poto in wood cost 450 dollars American also EDHdont put transformator in the poto any more because one trasforma cost 3to 4 thousand dollars American and peoples dont pay electricity any more when I ask him why he this is a bandits country every body do what they want any time they want to do it with UN in the country then I say desole no life any more in this country so to me we can charge the population from 2grds to 10 grsd per house to see what is going on then every year we can put one gourde
