You must be haitian because you are showing sign of incompetency yourself.

I am not a fan of Aristide but don't say that he did not do anything.

400 schools were created under his administration.

Several historical site were also created such as Parc du Canne a sucre and the Prime minister's Mansion.

I'm sure you are one of these people which did not visit haiti in the past 20 years and think that he has a say in how they country is now.

The state of Haiti has nothing to do with Preval or Aristide but has to do with us that live abroad to do something to fix it.
