I agree with you with increasing the army size as well as having an air force but also a coast gaurd because many people are fishing in Haitian waters illegally.

I will try and get you the info on the army. I think that the government should recruit for the army, police, and coast guard and sign an agreement thhat allows Caricom and the UN to foot the bill for 10 years.
