i hope you doing ok. well i would like to give you my opinion hopefully its is helpful.

1. i think you should hired some under cover agent an another words spies.

to detect corupt police officers also to find out plains for coup detat before it happen, and prevent it from happening.

atleast one special agent should be place in every district to do under cover works, should not tell anyone what is their job, and they should only report to the government, no one else. let the police knows there will be some unknown eyes watching them so that will make them think twice before doing anything stupid.

2. everytime someone living overseas (diaspora) send money to haiti.

they should be required to pay 1 dollar in every 20 dollar when the money get to haiti.

the bank which receive the money should automatically keep the mount required.

the banks also should show document showing how much they receive for the month to ensured that they dont keep the money for themself.

reading the world bank report shows haitians sent 1.35 billion dollars to haiti last year taking $1 from every $20 that will help haiti alot. i know some haitians will think i dont send money to haiti thats why i say that. wrong i send money to haiti every two or three weeks o.k.
