Dominican people are very good people.

They are very sensible.

I know the Dominicans.

I believe our brothers and sisters Haitians have done worst to our own than the Dominicans did. This repeat violence in the Dominican Republic against our brothers and sisters Haitians are all politics, and the private sector in Haiti is liable.

And President Preval doesn't understand and doesn't know how to deal with it.
