I dont think Preval is the most incompetent president in the western hesmiphere.

Because he managed to remain in office for five years despite all the unrest caused by our haitian politicians.

That to me is a sign of intelligence.

He did not use the army or the poor people to remain in power.

He just ignored the politicians and focus on doing some work with the little he had.
I dont think that he is the greatest president either, mostly because i dont see a sign that he is figthing corruptions, I did not like the fact that he invited kidnappers in our national palace.

But, I like he stands on the drug issue, he clearly said that America is Cocaine Junkie and Columbia is the dealer and Haiti is just a transit country.

well said mr president.

To move Haiti forward, we need to declare a war on corruption, strenghten the police, control our borders.
