The reason is simple and so clear brother: Haitian poeple are not inteligent, they are talk, they talk a lot but they are ZERO. This is reason of the haiti'situation.The poorest country in the area. They are not aware of they own social problem.

The Dominican Rep. There, poeple are smart, they how to manage things and get better their own zone. This is the reason, I'll never stop saying that Haiti will change when it will be under the Dominican administration.

But that must be clear for every Haitian.

Haiti and Dominican Rep. will become one country, a federal country like swiss or canada, Belgium: One country of different language, It's true that the Haitians are ugly, foolish, stinky, smell bad, with the Dominican help, they will change and get better.
