Rubens Titus,

We ALL know that Cap-Haitian was used as the city capital of Haiti a few times before, and this is why I made the suggestion.

I was not referring moving the government to Cap-Haitian as a permanent solution, but rather as a temporary solution until the National Palace is rebuilt and the government can move back to P-A-P.

Cap-Haitian would be the ideal location for logistic reasons.

The central/federal government corps must be located in a strategic and logistic location and not to be locate in any place just for the sake of making that place looks good.

Right now the government doesn't have a location to function and operate, and this is vital and paramount for the country in terms of security, safety, and to safeguard the sovereinty of the nation.
