Preval is a jerk. He did noting to prevent the chaotic building in Haiti.

It would have been un unpopular decision although it would have been to avoid that catastroph.

those jerks do every thing to keep their power and fill their pocket, Instead of dismissing the PM, thry should dismiss that alcoholic and that stupid man.
