International relief effort is inefficient as well

Cargo ships should just make a beach head and unload.

Helicopters should airlift and drop supplies and qualified personnel in hard to reach and most affected areas like they did in vietnam.

(The US Navy already did a fly-by over ground-zero so they must know by now what areas are affected...)
They seem to carry picks instead of hydraulic pumps to lift up these concrete blocks blocking and trapping people.

They're planning to hand out bottle waters instead of purifying sea waters just like they do on navy or merchant ships and pump the purified water to the people.

The international community does not seem very bright either but we are grateful anyway
