I hope Preval is the Last Dumb president ever elected Jean max, or Madame would have done a better public relation job. I am amazed how did Haitian ever elected an illiterate even soulouque is smarter than this piece of garbage.

Dumbass Preval need to declare a state of emergency, Port au prince unsafe, start clearing the street, buldozing of unsafe buildings, move the desaffected people to la gonave or to surrounding area where they can be care for, be on the press pushing for a Marshall plan for Haiti, photo opps, message of hope to the haitian people via the media, planing reconstruction THAT IS A LEADER
