you have my vote the way the system and the constitution(no dual citizenship) is set up is to make sure the best capable are not in a position of power ie (Bazin, Madame Pierre Louis, Max bellerive) instead you are left with uneducated an uninspiring ti sousou gro pie like Preval that do not know what it takes to be a leader yet still want to hold himself into power.

1 Declare state of emergency
2 Request from the us to build a tent city in la gonave
3 Move all desafected people to la gonave
4 restrict access to Port-au-prince so buldozing and cleaning can start
5 Address the nation directly or indirectly
6 be of the phone with world leaders pushing for a marhsall plan
7 Plan for reconstruction, building code, construction permit, park, parking space, schools that can be use as shelter, industrial location, residential location ect..
