CNN Anderson Cooper says: Huh you know there's not been a great history of leadership or democracy her in Haiti or really a government that really cares about it people and actually responds to the needs of it people

it's interesting, when you go out to Haiti and speak to the haitian people they dont have a lot of confidence, they dont even really expect their government to actually be there to meet their basic needs.
