Who is the source of this story?

Where did it start?

It sure isn't Chavez.

All those nations are in Haiti to continue plundering the country.

They're going to establish an island of sweatshops and Haitian misery will keep enriching the world.

Haiti is one of the last few plantations left. Nowhere else is labor so cheap.

We agree about that already I think.

I also agree that what Chavez allegedly said is possible to do since in 1997, William Cohen who was Bill Clinton's Secretary of State was concerned about people:

trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops.

Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

What I'm not comfortable with is the source of this story.

If Chavez truly said this, I want reputable sources, preferably from Venezuela.

The US spends a lot of money trying to make Hugo Chavez look like a crazy.

I'm not playing the game on their terms anymore.

Try to hunt down the source of that story and you'll see what I mean.
