world has failed Haiti

I am very sad and angry at the failure of the world and the Haitian Goverment to help the Haitian people .Aid is a form of bondage and will not allow the people to climb out of the povery and slavery that the west has caused, I would like to propose that the country change its strategy and become self sufficent Aid is nor required as it does not provide employment and wealth, as a Scot/ Canadian i am ready to help and would like to meet with the Goverment to discuss the Freedom that can be the Haitian people right
