How do you answer to critic who said you are not confident enough to lead this country in the moment of crisis like the earthquake in Haiti.

How can the Haitian who leave outside Haiti be more effective in helping our homeland in the rebuilding process, also can you encourage the senators and deputy to grant dull citizenship in haiti so that we as Haitian who leave outside the country can help the country better.

by the way, i think you have done a great job during your presidency especially with the security in the country.
