Hello Johanna, I don't hate Dominicans, I don't hate people because of their nationality or skin color.

With that said, I do think that the majority of Dominicans choose to deny their African heritage.

I know a lot of them who say that they are descendants of the native indigenous people (Indians) and that we Haitians are polluting their gene pool. It is sad and pathetic and they choose to deny their African roots but it's their choice.

Now back to the comment I wrote, I was responding to one who calls himself el caribano he comes here time and time again to glorify Dominicans and trash Haitians, talking about how we Haitians are the scourge of the Caribbean.

Sister let me just say that this is not something I can put up with and that is why you can evidently tell the anger in my response.

But I realize that El caribano is ignorant and hateful and I have learned to ignore him. I apologize for any offense as it is not my style to offend people because of their nationality or color.
