Put the 400000 homeless PaP to reforestation

Hi, Let us pressure the Prime Minister to use this opportunity to put the 400,000 people he plans to move out of PaP to Croix-des-Bouquets to work terracing the mountains, plant trees in the mountains, recycle the earth in the mountains, give the peasants an hand and work the land for a while.

It will be unbelievably beneficial in the short term and the long term for our beloved Haiti.

It would take a trick to find the cash to pay people though; the Haitian government can lend itself money by printing cash money in anticipation of the increase in production due to the reforestation program.

If the IMF objects, tell them they can go to hell! Haiti is in a state of emergency.

It is about economics.
