Preval has no administrative power...

A president must have administrative and political power to bring changes in a country.

The mulatto CEO executives are the bosses within all Haitian public administrations and Preval cannot end corruption with those crooks.

Haiti is not a poor country, but it has been mismanaged by a bunch of crooks for 206 years of our Haitian history.

Why should only mulattoes be the CEOs of our public administrations?

They represent the possessing classes in Haiti, they should create private administrations like in the U.S to compete with the public government for better goods and services in the country.

Why should they control our public institutions to prevent changes from happening?

We must end their patrimonialism system, for they are managing the Haitian public institutions as an extension to their households.

We must end patronage, clientelism and corruption for real this time and mulatto families should be in private institutions to compete to control the public administration to sustain their humanities and control the president as a puppet.

Mulattoes have fear of change and they do not want popular classes to have control over all Haitian public institutions, but you know we are offering an exit plan to them if they want to stay in Haiti.

In the U.S., 350 families that are accounted to 5% of the U.S. population and that own $32 trillion while the rest of 95% own $7 trillion are not in the U.S. public institutions.

The U.S. public institutions represent only 3% of all jobs in the U.S. while 97% of those jobs came from the private sectors and the 5% of U.S. elites invest a lot in all those jobs by lending money to those private contractors through a sort of bonding secured by the Federal government of the United States.

Why do not we downsize the Haitian administration to 5% and leaving room for private sectors as mulattoes self-enriching elites to create jobs for the rest of the 95% of the Haitian population.

We must end the communist government in Haiti, for it does not respond to the needs and the will of the international communities.

For a peaceful country, mulattoes should be good lenders in lending money to private contractors in Haiti to alleviate sufferings and economic conditions in Haiti.

As noted, the United States is good in using blame-game by letting others know they owe money to China.

All those China banks are owned by the United States' Elites, the 5% of American elites so the United States do not owe money to anybody.

All Chinese made goods came from American companies in China and that is what we call outsourcing jobs and those goods are not real Chinese goods and even China does not want to consume those goods that American companies are creating in their country.

As Robert Fatton states it in his book entitled: Haiti: A Predatory Republic by quoting one member of the Haitian elite: We are not the most repugnant elites of the world, we are equally ignorants.

That was an answer to one of the American ambassadors of Haiti after the fall of Duvalier that attributed rampant corruption to mulattoes in Haiti.

We must learn and we must fight for good stuffs to change Haiti for real. Try to understand the political blame-game accusations that do not benefit the poor Haitians and change it for real.

The United States government, the Haitian government as well as the Haitian political institutions are acussing each other through a web of blame-game conspiracy and they are not defending the causes of the poor. We are victims of internal and external racism and we must stop it this time for real...
