What kind of visa are you looking for and to do what?

If you want to leave Haiti, I would ask you to go Senegal embassy or France if the latter has a section reserved for Senegal.

President Adoulaye Wade from Senegal is willing to give visas to Haitians who are willing to go live in Senegal.

Instead of dying in Haiti, it is better to go live in another country to experience another life for a few years and after that you can return to Haiti.

That is a possible solution, but you are not bound to accept it.
