Whites create Marshall Plan to rescue White countries or country predominantly owned by Mestizos.

They had not done it for any countries ravaged by wars, diseases and natural disasters in Africa, and I doubt it they will do it for Haiti another African country.

Haiti is the "Little Africa" in the minds of the Whites that are proning the Social Darwinism Doctrine (The Survival of the Fitest ones: Whites and other light skinned people).

Although Haiti needs a Marshall Plan, they will not create it without having Haiti lost its independence and sovereignty status.

Haitians are condemned to suffer social injustices at the hands of developed countries as well as at the hands of its own light skinned elite.

We can continue to advance such a cause but they might not hear us...
