True or False? Duvalier donated millions 2010

I have just heard that Jean-Claude Duvalier donated "8 millions" US dollars which belonged to his mother to the Red Cross for Haiti.

Meanwhile he is living on a fortune of 900 million dollars taken from Haiti in F rance.

At least Monsieur FAIT UN GESTE.

It remains for Aristide, Preval, Neptune, Cedras, Michel-Francois, Latortue to name a few....
