Dual citizenship for all Haitians

We all know the situation in which our beloved country Haiti has been. I beleive that it would be the best thing to do to allow all Haitian Americans, Haitian Canadians, Haitian french etc...

whether by birth or by naturalisation to have legal rights in haiti as long as that individual desires to do so.
We have so much intellectual Haitians who want to go back to Haiti to better their country.

We Haitians in the diaspora, would like to participate in all public fonctions.

I beleive that it will be in Haiti best interest to allow all those responsible Haitians with strong character to come home and contribute to the success of our nation whether they are citizen of anyother country by naturatlization and or by birth to Haitian parents.

The Haitian Government must change its laws so all Haitians like myself can have the opportunity to participate in elections and or hold any position in the public offices if so chose.
