My Fellow Patriots and Friends,

Who will oppose Haiti to move forward after 206 years of destruction and poverty if not us Haitians?

Haiti is in a very interesting time of which our strengths and courage are being tested.

Never the less I want to remind the world that Haiti is not being tested by her self because the mother of the so called world Freedom democratic gOld Gloryh of the Republic of United States of America has and will also be tested to practice what shefs preaching around the world and that is to practice, help and support a free Haiti succeeding without intellectual boundaries to kill her dreams and visions.

I resided here in the United States of America for over twenty years and have been around Americans since age seven.

I understood a little bit of how the government, the elites, the middle class and the poor dwell in the same equality environment of indifferences with the rights to earn wealth and freely express themselves yet remains as one Nation Under God with single purpose mindsets to unite and succeed against any foreign diversity standing in their way even if its comes down to make sacrifices of indifferences in their core value belief systems.

Ifve witnessed the strengths and the abilities of the United States (American people) to unite on many occasions by coming together so quickly to respond on a common single purpose as imperfect they may be or have been. I hope all Haitians take notice of the United States responses as they all rally to help Haiti after the 7.0 earthquakes from the government to Christians or they make it very impressive and proactive to believe in the American democratic spirits gto stand tall as they often saidh. I Montresor often feel very proud of the Americans wisdom in terms of social togetherness but not enough practice of what they preached to convince me to become a U. S citizen.

We Haitians need to learn, lead by good examples and make sure that a new democratic Haiti is not moving from oppressive elites to more depressive tyrant elites or from poorer to poorest of the poor as wefve experienced in the pass with our sellout politicians and slave occupiers of greedy cold blooded vampires.

I have invented an all new banking system with an all new ATM/EMAIL ID CARDs that will revolutionize Haiti or the world banking system that we once knew that has been utilized by many nations nevertheless this invention will also benefit them too without prejudices if they make the right choice to support my ideas instead of brushing off such world records in order to keep us down and poor.

I will not explain how itfs all works but here are some basic short ideas of my invention that will defy the new banking ATM/EMAILS ID CARD for an all new Haiti.

Please understand that my government/invention is not and will not be interested to participate or setup any neither partisanships, nor will create bipartisanships to have, establishes monitoring of political oppressors that will or some day take over Haitifs economic abilities to offers opportunities, freedom of equality workmanship to prosper its citizen, residents through fair, equal social services.

My propositions and bylaws to govern the all new ATM/EMAIL ID CARDs:

My government will setup a main central processing center for mobile banking with the ability to move the world to another historic level and also to serve Haitifs common wealth (treasures) with clear and define guidelines that control the entire nation electronic monetary transactions as a clearing house authority.

The new bank will issue bank licenses, bank insurances, government bonds, up to date global money exchange, and electronic ATM/EMAIL ID CARDs.

It will also oversee all international transactions, money transfers, letter of credits, secure depository investments, depository payroll guarantees, interest rates on all credits and loans set by the government.

Under the new revolutionary banking, Haiti will allow local and global banking competitions to participate with the same opportunities in the new Haitian Market if qualifications and requirements are met by the laws of the land.

My ideas are that we don't proceed to seclude and oppress Haiti (Haitians) by our own ignorancefs of egoism to succeed and prosper others like they have done unto us, we need to broaden our borders of our tank, think with the mindsets to enlarge our tents with even those who has or still oppose us to have a good quality of life.

Letfs show our selves to be of anew mindset in world historic inventions to learn and adopt that will force global debates of which to test the nation standards of the United States of America to practice what she preaches in the world without jealousy and hypocrisy to hinder a nation's (Haiti) God given destiny.
