shipping containers at port!

Dear Sir,

Is it possible to allow Haitian's to stay temporally in the shipping containers at the Port of Port Au Prince?

This seems to be a easy solution to the housing Crisis.

And it would make food and aid distribution more simple.

Also, designated shipping containers could have holes cut in top to be used as bathrooms.
