Elizabeth Faraone,

I understand very well what you said. And like many Americans feel, I, too, believe if these Katrina victims were all white, the Bush administration would have responded differently.

But considering the race relations in the United States (white verses black), this should be expected.

There is a black government in Haiti governing a balck nation.

This shouldn't have happened.

Again, as I mentioned many times on this forum, the United States, too, is corrumpt even though most Haitians choose not to believe it. In fact, 1 or 2 years ago, the United States was listed amongst the 10 most corrumpt contries in the world.

All countries in the world have their share of corrumption, except for the Netherland, but at least they always managed to get some good things done for their people.

The Haitian never tried to do anything good for it people nor for the country at all.

In terms of the issue at hand, we must all understand a true fact, which is Haiti is not the United States nor a US-territory.

Haiti is a 100% independent country that is being run and governed by its own people, the Haitian people.

I am NOT here debating Haiti's independence weither it was a good idea or a bad idea.

My argument lies on the premises theory of government's responsibility and duty toward its people and the country which is "to protect and to serve." Every single person that has ever served in the government, in any capacity, never stood up let alone committed to do anything for the people and for the country.

Every single one of them vowed to humilate, denigrate, and dihumanize the Haitian people using every means necessary.

The NGOs jumped on the banwagon and are treating Haitians the exact same way because they have given "cart blanche" by these disgusted gruntled rats of this government to do so.

Frankly, Haiti would be much better off had all of these blood suckers and evil members of the entire government perished instead in the earthquake.
