P. L'Herisson, I totally agree with you; and the logical way that you presented the issue, "if this than that" is actually the step by step unemotional, unbiased, and equal way that our government should be making decisions for our nation.

However, I, like Tiba, know that that is not the way that decisions on the ground are made for our Haitian brothers and sisters.

They are made with bias and personal agendas.

Two things will probably happen to all those poor people who are on other people's land. They will be shoved into areas that they cannot decently survive or they will be allowed to stay on the people's properties, creating one more source of tension between the poor and the elite.

It is not what Haiti needs right now, when a third solution (like the one I mentioned in my last post) is equitable.

A government who's members have the lowest level of intelligence could very easily find a third solution that would work for everybody.

But look at those making decisions for us; not only don't they have a sliver of intelligence, but they also are too greedy to ever do the right thing.
