Haitians in Haiti elected this government and the preceding Aristide government.

I sincerely doubt Aristide could have done more than the hapless Preval.

This country should be divided amongst its departments with a governor for each department and backed by countries, like the US, France, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Spain or Italy.

The goal of these foreign countries is to TEACH these BONEHEADS how to GOVERN rather than spy on competing political parties and screwing the clueless population.

The Haitian Diaspora MUST be given the right to vote and full citizenship now. All you have is uneducated people who are voting based on emotion rather the logic.

The Haitian diaspora wires Haitians three billion dollars a year and has no say in Haiti's direction.
