Nowadays decentralization is a political movement to get in office, Are the players going to set a standard?

It's going to be a wait and see.The authorities
centralized every activity in the nation capital Port au Prince, and the living
conditions of the masses poor are getting worst.

Reformes are needed to tranfer power and autonomy to the provinces.
