That's what I have said in response to Mike's post below "Reconstruction of Haiti."

Haitians have never been included/participated in anything foreigners who are so-called friends of Haiti ever tried to do in the name of Haiti.

These people calim to be the experts on Haiti's affairs and Haitian's way of life, and therefore, Haitian's participation in their projects is not needed.

They keep blaming Haitians always for the failure of their little ventures in Haiti.

This is showing the master at work!
