We, The Dark Knights, are conducting a serious investigation on every single award distributed by any organization either linked to United Nations or United Nations itself to Any Haitian citizen or any foreign organization linked to Haiti from 2002 to present.

We are also-- while we consider our rights to appeal any malicious pacts President Preval, being abused for his incapacity to conducting diplomatic treaties as a result of a past failure background, has signed with U.N. or any organization linked to United Nations-- investigating the two terms of President Rene Garcia Preval as Haitian President.
