Isn't true Stanley Lucas is just another Uncle Tom working for the master?

Stanley Lucas had devoted a big chunk of his life enforcing the master's wills down Haitian throats.

In a sense, Stanley Lucas was also a co-conspirator to Haiti down fall, Haiti's failures.

Stanley Lucas worked for USAID for a very longtime.

I hope Haitians know the will mission of USAID in Haiti, its function, and its goals.

And now some people is cheerleading for Stanley Lucas to be president of Haiti?
