They are all bad and with no exception at all. The political power under the leadership of the mulatto executives at all levels within all Haiti's public institutions destroyed Duvaliers, Aristide and Preval as well. Mulattoes are the new masters of Haiti after they killed their father Frenchmen to inherit their wealth.

Wealth inherited from killing and criminal activities cannot be well distributed and that is why Haitians are condemned to eat mud cake and worms...
