I am glad that you have unveiled on this blog the mulatto's formula to keep dark skin Haitians in abject poverty.

As you argued it:

Mulatto families are executive directors (cadres administratifs) in all Haitian public institutions...

Mulatto families keep diverting funds from the Haitian treasury to enrich their elite families i.e. mulattoes are self-enriching elites in Haiti.

Now, I understand why Haiti is the poorest country on earth.

Mulatto families have monopoly over the Haitian market and they do not want any foreign investments and competition to occur within the Haitian market.

We can understand why all mulattoes are self-enriching merchants in Haiti...

Mulatto families institute a doublure administration to tie the president's hands at the executive level and make any president to act as puppet by hijacking the administrative power in Haiti...

To liberate Haiti, we must reform all Haitian public institutions by terminating the employment of all to rehire other competent Haitian employees to do the job...We must free the administrative power in Haiti to give the president the freedom to implement reform...

We must end the Haitian oligarch monopoly and opt for free market enterprise guided by Haitian's rules and regulations to prevent the same old routines to occur...

Haiti will be liberated through reforms and not bloodshed.

It will be the Quiet Social Revolution in Haiti aka known as QSRH.
