This is all hogwash/crap/BS! if Preval was really serious about the constipation, oops! I did it again, I meant to say the constitution, then he would annul/ban it and order to write a new one.

All governments have annuled/baned the constitution before.

Why can he do the same if he really believes the constitution constitutes a real problem for the advancement of the country.

He is the president of Haiti, and Haitian president can do and undo as they see fit. This is the best opportunity he has to get rid of this constipation if he wanted to.

Preval is only blowing hot air as usual especially when he is drunk.
