I know you're a self-appointed psychiatrist of the blog, and I'm cool with that. However, it looks like the time has come for you to see a shrink, lol.

In what country one has to take a test in order to be president, etc...

isn't that that test is what's election?

But I agree with you though.

Haiti must have an hiring system for low level/ entry level government jobs as mean to deter corruption.

In the United States, the Civil Service Exam", known as "The Pendleton Act" was created and made into law in 1883 as a mean to stop and to avoid corruption in the hiring canditates for low level/entry level government jobs (Federal, State & Municipality).

I really think that would be a very good idea to have a system like that in Haiti.

In Haiti, currently, there are a lot of government employees who can barely read and write with no qualification and experience whatsoever, but they got the job because of a good friend, a relative, a love one, etc. etc...

This is what makes it so hard and almost impossible to move the country forward.
