The bloggers reaction can be confusing out of context.

What you need to know is that people are reacting to church and state doing business as one. They are also reacting to past anger and frustrations from Ex-president Jean-Bertrand Aristide who was also an ex-priest.

The wound is deep and the scars are ugly. The Haitian people have been baffled and mistreated by this same ideology of of church and state mixing in Haitian politics.

They are angry and by God rightfully so. I wish all the well intended bloggers who do not know modern Haitian politics to get instructed before criticizing.
