Iam very dissapointed with our leader did the are not really listen to the people that elected them especially us on this blog who is talking on behalf of haiti the thing is no game haiti need a very quick solution to help it get back on it feet we need a contitutional reform for a change to take place we need to adopt a governor for each department the president will have the power to elected a governor for each of the department that should have been happening already from the time of the earthquake is because haitian do not care about themself the keep fighting for nothing what have we achieve in 200years nothing we should be ashame of our ourself what we are going to tell the next generation how haiti was like what we have to prove nothing we only could blame ourself this is time for change we should not be playing game haiti situation is very very serious this ie the time for real change to take place all the political party should get together to have contutional debate to adopt a new law each department will start to have their own governor selected by the president for a minimun of 5 year or maybe after ratified by congress .I did not support election for a governor I believe it will cost the country to much money haiti is already in debt the govenor selection process will be quick and fast each governor of department will have their own task to develop their own department it will not solve all the problem of haiti but it will be a start to help the country get back on it feet all the other position continue going to the same election process senateur deputee or major elected by a national election process only the governor position do not have to go through an election the governor position is a very special position it job is only to help the president and help devellop each department the govenor could also be selected by the national assembly if the party has a majority in parliament to fill the vacumm
