Latest Warning from the State Department

Good day President Preval,

According to the latest warning from the US State Department:

"The tragedy of Haiti is that Haitians have become great leaders in every profession, in every country except Haiti..."

What is your view on this statement?

If Haitians have in deed become great leaders in every profession, in every country except Haiti as they claim, why do you think such great leaders are Historically unable to get together to govern their nation?

Current leader is obviously excluded from that statement.
