Actually one advertising on Preval blog teaches how to build a web site. web-sites-for-dummies.com/
There is one little problem with it: To build a web site, you must have an IQ at least two point higher than a "mauvaise langue" or the people that always talk bad about Preval.

Delving in negative criticism require less IQ than building a website.

This would be a good project for the current malcontents on this blog if they have the minimum capacity of a 10 y/o child to finance, build, maintains and manage well a website and receive enough visitors and comments yearly.

The boy Scouts and Girls Scout built their own site. I doubt that the "mauvaise langues"don't have that capacity but apparently it is still dormant on them. They need to show it in the pudding.
