about the idea of the military

first all, I want to say Hi to you Mr Preval.For me, the idea to com back with the Military is a bad idea. My opinion to You Mr president we need to have a good secret service in the contry and we need to have a force special inside of the police.

we don't need the military now. my second, the goverment needs to have the control of DGI, Teleco, la duan because too much going on inside those office.

I know that you can do it and I believe on you. I'm a student in USA.

I have plan to back to haiti when I finish school.
