The work is not easy. The people cannot change the status quo when the oppressors are able to manipulated them so well and make them think that their saviors such as Aristide is their oppressors.

Those oppressors divide the country into political camps.

To pacify some they are giving them easy green cards to spy on their own people.

To reinforce this they have the MUNISTAH and a formidable US Marine Trojan horse disguised as civilian in the country ready to quell any popular movement that will eventually liberated Haiti from the yoke of its oppressors.
