They don't need to be president or premier minister because they infiltrated their relatives at every level of the Haitian government to spy on who is doing what. So they govern by proxy and cannot be blamed for anything.

If something goes wrong, it is not them;it is the fault of, Duvalier, Namphy,Cedras, Aristide,Manigat, Preval,Latortue etc..Open your eyes to see that they make us blame our people while they stay in the dark and called the shots.
