Tiba well said, I totally agree, any serious Haitian government should tackle 4 areas: Proper family planing, Education, Agriculture, and Infrastructure.

I was a fervent Preval first term advocate, needless to say I was disappointed none of these issues above were a priority, that is beside Mr Preval flagrant lack of leadership

Seriously would anyone consider voting Preval TODAY
