Bill Clinton For Provisional President In Haiti After Preval

Toulimen - July 25 2010, 1:08 PM

There always be electoral contestations for any future winner in the next Haiti's presidential election.

I would ask Banki Moon and the United States Government to appoint Bill Clinton as provisional president of Haiti for 5 years to restructure the Haitian economy, administration and political problems under a "Gouvernement De Salut Public." Haiti has a routine from having foreigners to become presidents.

Boyer, Petion and Guerrier were French citizens.

Francois Duvalier and Jean-Claude Duvalier were French citizens from Sainte-Lucie.

Ertha Trujillo, Stenio Vincent and Sudre Dartiguenave were from Dominican Republic.

Raoul Cedras and Namphy were from Dominican Republican.

Therefore, there will be no problem if the U.S. government decides to appoint Bill Clinton as the next Provisional president of Haiti...
