Well said, Tiba and I am waiting to see what his social program will be for Haiti?

I disagree with you on one little point and it is about the education.

One thing I would love to say here is this: we never have qualified president in Haiti and may be it will take us years to have one. True educated Haitians do not run for president and if they even try, the Haitian economic elites or the United States always prevent them from running.

One cannot be president without having some knowledge in Basic Government Accounting, Commercial Laws or Business Law, Finance, Marketing, Economy 101 and 102 and Political Science.

Is Wyclef qualified to be president?

I do not know until I learn about his socio-economic project for Haiti and his vision for the future, but one thing that I know for sure if he knows how to form a good private presidential cabinet to run the country he will succeed.

He needs to hire some financial, economic and political experts from the United Nations to advise him as well as some qualified Haitian experts to do so, but if he gets the same Aristide, Jean-Claude and Preval's cabinet members there will be no hope for Haiti and we will have the BS politics.

I do not hate the former Haitian presidents knowing Haiti's politics myself, but I do not want those same cabinet members to be around him again.

As you said, it is too early to judge the man and people have to wait to learn about his economic policy and his vision for the future.

Haitians are sick of being president and I wish that one day we could make the Haitian presidency post an honorific one like Israel, India and Germany to name a few.

Tiba, Haitians do not help Haiti not because they are selfish or they do not want to help, but our economic elites are responsible for that. We have economic elites that prefer to keep a large number of Haitians in exile to make money on their back while keeping the rest of the Haitian masses in abject poverty.

We have economic elites that do not want economic progress to occur in Haiti.

It is sad Tiba and Lakay Se Lakay fok nou tounen lakay.

We should be working on that. Can Wyclef help us return home?

We should openly talk to him like the Dominicans did with Fernandel in 1996. As a result of their talk with Fernandel, New York lost 70% of Dominicans who returned to their country to invest there.

We should talk to him and he should help us return home. Take care my friend!
